Ingredients

• 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
• 1 bunch asparagus (ends trimmed)
• 4 oz goat cheese
• 2–3 tbsp cream cheese or ricotta (for creaminess)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• Salt & black pepper
• Optional: honey or shaved parmesan

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Prepare the base
   Roll out puff pastry slightly and place on a baking sheet.
   Score a ½-inch border around the edges (don’t cut through).

3. Make the filling
   Mix goat cheese with cream cheese (or ricotta), olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth.
