WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order processing takes 2-3 business days Monday-Friday. Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information. Typically, it takes from 1-5 days to deliver depending on your location.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST?

We offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
Any orders under $100 will have a small flat-rate shipping fee of $9.90.

Express shipping via UPS 2 Day Air is $39.90 for any order under $130,
and $59.90 for all U.S. orders over $130.

1 day or overnight shipping costs depend on the destination address and the size of the package. This can be calculated per your request.

DO YOU SHIP TO HAWAII?

Due to the local state law, pampas grass cannot be shipped to Hawaii. All other plants and ceramics are allowed to be shipped.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we only offer domestic shipping.

HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE?

CAN I CALL YOU?

We are currently working on providing this customer service option in the near future. In the meantime, please email happy@lovepampas.com or chat with us live on the site. We reply to chats within minutes (Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm EST) and strive to answer all emails within 1 business day.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE THAT I CAN VISIT?

At this time we don't have an actual store or a local pickup. All our sales are shipping-only. If you need any recommendations, styling tips or additional info, we will be glad to assist you via live chat or via email happy@lovepampas.com. 

DO YOU RESTOCK OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?

Our items are made by nature, therefore they sometimes can be in limited quantities. If you want an item that is out of stock, send us an e-mail at happy@lovepampas.com. We will let you know when that item becomes available again or we will recommend something else you’ll love.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR FLOWERS TO PREVENT THEM FROM BREAKING?

We carefully wrap all items in kraft paper and secure them inside the box to prevent them from moving around. In some rare cases, stems can still break during shipping due to careless handling by the carrier.
If your flowers arrived damaged, please, send us detailed pictures to happy@lovepampas.com and we will arrange a replacement.

MY BOUQUET LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURES.

As flowers are natural there may be variations from the reference photos displayed on this website for any flowers you order. 

Flowers are subject to availability and seasonality. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar flower of the same or higher value will be substituted without prior notice. We always make sure you'll receive a beautiful arrangement!

HOW TO CARE FOR DRIED FLOWERS?

Dried flowers are wonderful because they don't require any maintenance or watering. Simply fluff them up, put them in the vase without water and enjoy! Keep the bouquet away from direct sun light and moisture to prolong its life. 

HOW CAN I MAKE PAMPAS GRASS FLUFFY?

When you take the stems out of the packaging, shake them a little to remove excessive fur and help the plumes open. After 24 hrs in the vase they will get back to their natural fluffiness. Letting them stay under the sun and wind for about 20 minutes will make the stems very fluffy.

HOW LONG DO DRIED FLOWERS LAST?

Our dried flowers will last for several years with no watering required.

DOES PAMPAS GRASS SHED?

Pampas grass sheds when you shake it or move it around. Once it’s in the vase it will not shed.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

We use Faire.com for our wholesale orders.
