PROCESSING TIMES

Order processing takes 1-2 business days Monday-Friday. Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information. Typically, it takes from 1-5 days to deliver depending on your location.

SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $100 nationwide which takes from 1-5 days to deliver depending on your location.

Any orders under $100 will have a small flat-rate shipping fee of $9.90.

Express shipping via UPS 2 Day Air is $39.90 for any order under $230,
and $59.90 for all U.S. orders over $230.

1 day or overnight shipping costs depend on the destination address and the size of the package. This can be calculated per your request.

SHIPPING TO HAWAII

Due to the local state law we are unable to ship pampas grass to Hawaii. 

All other plants and homewares are allowed to be shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time international shipping is not available.

CARRIER DELAYS

We are not responsible for carrier delays and do not offer refunds If the order arrives late. Please, contact the carrier with your tracking number If your order is delayed in transit. In order to guarantee delivery by a specific date, consider choosing express shipping option at the checkout.
