Thank you for shopping with us! 

As all of our pieces are natural and handmade to order, all sales are considered final and we are unable to accept returns. However, we understand that accidents can happen. Reasons that you may be eligible for a replacement include (1) the wrong item was delivered, (2) the item arrived damaged, or (3) if the package was lost.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

For Love Of Pampas does not take responsibility for orders delivered to the incorrectly provided shipping addresses. The address cannot be changed after the package has been shipped. If an order is placed with an incorrect or wrong address, it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the resident of said address to retrieve the package. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

FLOWER SMELL

The dried florals may possess a natural scent due to the characteristics of the plant and preservation process. We do not accept returns due to the scent. It's recommended to air out the bouquet for several days, and room fragrance can be used on the flowers to eliminate the smell.

MY BOUQUET LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE PHOTOS

The photos on this website are exemplary and represent the overall aesthetic and theme of the arrangement. Each bouquet is made to order by hand using dried and preserved flowers. Due to the nature of flowers, slight variations in color, size, and fluffiness may be expected. Flowers may also be subject to availability and seasonality. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar flower of the same or higher value will be substituted without prior notice. We always make sure you'll receive a beautiful arrangement!

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 calendar days at happy@lovepampas.com providing detailed photos of the damaged item in order to receive a replacement.

My order was Delivered but I haven’t received it.

If your order is Delivered but you haven’t received it, there are a few things you can do:

· Ask your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally and check your surrounding premises. 

· Contact your local post office for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number, your name, and your shipping address. 

· File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

We’re happy to assist with providing any necessary information for your claim.

Delivered Packages & Theft

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, For Love Of Pampas is no longer responsible for the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location and retrieving packages promptly upon delivery. If your package is missing, please, file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We’re happy to assist with providing any necessary information for your claim.
